From the first conversation to optimisation
Every project at Arka goes through seven stages. At each one you know what will be delivered, when, and what happens next.
Seven stages
The path of an engagement
Discovery
A first conversation about your business, your audience and the challenge that brought you here. This session is free and carries no obligation.
Analysis
Reviewing your current situation, competitors and available data to get a realistic picture — not the picture we would like to see.
Strategy
Defining the goal, the priorities and the indicators by which success will be measured. This is where it becomes clear which services are needed and which are not.
Planning
Turning the strategy into stages, a schedule, an owner for each part and a cost estimate. The contract is based on this plan.
Execution
Step-by-step delivery with a review point at every stage. You follow progress through your tracking number and periodic reports.
Optimisation
Measuring results against the indicators defined in the strategy stage, correcting course and repeating what works.
Review
A joint wrap-up: what worked, what did not, and what comes next. No decorative reports.
Along the way
Three fixed rules
01
No stage ends without a written output
Analysis, strategy and plan each have their own document, approved before the next stage begins.
02
Cost transparency before execution starts
The final figure is given once the scope of work is clear — not before, and not after.
03
You can stop at any stage
If during analysis or strategy we conclude that continuing is not in your interest, we stop right there.
Questions
Before we start
Where does working together start?
Do you take on a single service?
How is a project priced?
Do you guarantee results?
How do I track my request?
Why is the portfolio published without client names?
Do you work with businesses outside Mazandaran?
How do contracts and payments work?
Stage one is always a conversation
