Privacy policy

What data we collect, why, and who has access to it.

This page explains what information the Arka website collects and what it does with it. We have tried to write it plainly, not in legal language.

What we collect

  • Information you enter yourself: when you fill in the consultation, service request or contact form, your name, phone number and the description you write are stored so we can respond and you can track the status of your request.
  • Technical information: as on any website, your IP address, browser type and time of visit are recorded in the server logs. This data is used for security and troubleshooting and is deleted after a limited period. Each form submission also stores the IP address and browser type to prevent automated submissions (spam).
  • How you reached the site: if you arrived through an advertising campaign link or another website, the name of that campaign or domain and the first page you saw are recorded with your request, so we know which channels are useful. This information is stored only if you submit a form.
  • Conversations with the AI assistant: if you use the AI assistant, your answers and messages are stored and may be read by Arka staff. The text of your messages is sent to the AI service Arka has chosen in order to generate replies, so do not write confidential or sensitive personal information in it. Your name and phone number are recorded only when you ask to be contacted.
  • Site search: the words you type into the site search are only counted, with nothing about you (no IP address, no browser), so we can see which content is missing; they are deleted after six months.
  • Display preferences: your choice of light or dark mode is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to the server.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies are used for forms and sessions to work. Visitor analytics is enabled only if you agree to it in the cookie banner; you can turn it off at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

What we do with the information

We use it only to respond to your request, follow up on our work together and improve the site. Your contact information is never sold or passed to any other person or company.

Retention and deletion

Request information is kept for as long as it is needed to follow up on our work together. If you want your information deleted, call us on the number shown on the site; once your identity is verified, it will be deleted.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, and request information can be accessed only by authorised team members using two-factor sign-in. Even so, no system is 100% secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
