Where does working together start?

With a first conversation. In it we look at your current situation, goals and constraints, and decide whether Arka is the right fit for the project.

Do you take on a single service?

Yes. Every service can be ordered on its own. If we find the result cannot be achieved without another piece, we say so clearly from the start.

How is a project priced?

After the discovery session, once the scope of work is defined. Until the real volume of work is clear, giving a precise figure would not be honest.

Do you guarantee results?

No. No honest agency guarantees market results. What is guaranteed is a transparent process, quality execution and truthful reporting on performance.

How do I track my request?

After you submit any request, you receive a tracking number. With that number and your mobile number you can check its status without creating an account.

Why is the portfolio published without client names?

Because part of our work is security-related and part is done under confidentiality agreements. We describe the type of work and the result, but not names or technical details. We can explain in more detail in an in-person or online meeting.

Do you work with businesses outside Mazandaran?

Yes. Most services can be delivered online. For work that needs us on site, such as photography or in-person coaching sessions, we arrange it separately.

How do contracts and payments work?

Once the scope of work is agreed, a written contract with defined stages and a schedule is signed. Payment is staged, in line with the delivery of each stage.
