The nature of requests

Submitting a consultation or service request on the site is not a contract and creates no obligation for either party. Work begins only after a discovery session, agreement on the scope of work and the signing of a written contract.

No guaranteed results

Arka commits to quality of execution, a transparent process and truthful reporting; but it does not guarantee market results, search engine rankings or sales figures, because they depend on factors beyond any agency’s control.

Confidentiality

Information about your business that Arka receives in the course of our work together is confidential and is not published without written permission. Likewise, Arka’s internal methods and documents are confidential.

Intellectual property

Ownership of each project’s final deliverables passes to the client after full payment. The details are set out in that project’s contract.

Site content

The text, design and code of this site belong to Arka. Copying them or using them commercially without permission is not allowed.
